How should I compare HighLevel voice AI pricing?
HighLevel’s published native AI options include usage billing, Growth at $50 per location per month and Unlimited at $97 per location per month, subject to plan terms. Assistable agency subscriptions are a separate offer, starting at $97 per month for one subaccount, plus usage. Compare account coverage, included minutes, phone costs and the agent workflow you need before choosing a plan.
Published plans, side by side.
Published USD prices checked October 7, 2026. Native AI subscriptions are per enabled HighLevel location. Assistable agency subscriptions cover the listed subaccounts. These are AI offers in addition to your existing CRM costs, not complete business software bills. Annual Assistable subscriptions are billed separately from the monthly prices shown.
- Agency plans use the same published usage rate sheet. The subscription adds platform access and client account capacity; Startup, Growth and Agency also include white labeling and usage rebilling.
- Build usage estimates from your selected voice, language model, applicable telephony and enabled add-ons. Custom deployments use separately scoped quarterly agreements; confirm account limits, usage inclusions and any negotiated terms in your selected plan or proposal.
| Offer | Monthly platform charge | Account coverage and usage |
|---|---|---|
| HighLevel AI Pay-Per-Use | $0 AI subscription | Per-location usage charges. |
| HighLevel AI Employee Growth | $50 per location | 100 voice minutes and 1,000 Conversation AI responses; then overages. |
| HighLevel AI Employee Unlimited | $97 per location | Unlimited Voice AI and Conversation AI, subject to fair use; phone charges separate. |
| Assistable Solo | $97 | 1 subaccount; 10 concurrent calls; usage additional. |
| Assistable Startup | $225 | 3 subaccounts; 15 concurrent calls; white label and rebilling; usage additional. |
| Assistable Growth | $450 | 10 subaccounts; 25 concurrent calls; white label and rebilling; usage additional. |
| Assistable Agency | $975 | Unlimited subaccounts; 50 concurrent calls; white label and rebilling; usage additional. |
Collect every billable component.
Build the estimate from the selected configuration. Confirm which charges are included in the commitment and which are additional. If a price or inclusion is unknown, leave it unresolved and ask for it; entering zero would make an incomplete estimate appear complete.
Record both the account count and how usage is distributed. Ten lightly used locations can produce a different subscription bill from one busy location with the same total minutes. An account allowance is not a pool of included calling minutes.
- Plan or commitment: account coverage, minimum spend, included usage and the billing period.
- Voice processing: orchestration, voice generation, selected language model and the unit each uses.
- Phone service: number rental, inbound and outbound calling, geography, transfer legs and external carrier charges where applicable.
- Messaging and optional tools: message units, carrier charges, knowledge queries, QA or other selected add-ons.
- Delivery and operations: setup, migration, support, overlap with the previous service, taxes and agreed third-party costs.
The same volume, with the missing costs visible.
For one location, compare 1,000 or 10,000 billable voice minutes in a month. HighLevel’s pay-per-use engine plus OpenAI TTS is $0.060/min before model tokens and phone charges. Growth includes 100 minutes; the example applies that rate only to its overage. Unlimited remains subject to fair use.
For the selected Assistable configuration, orchestration plus Standard voice plus Kimi K2.6 is $0.090/min before phone charges and the platform subscription or deployment commitment. The voices and models differ, so this is a workload budget comparison, not a claim of identical audio, capability or quality.
- All rows exclude phone service, number rental, CRM subscriptions, messaging, optional tools, setup and taxes. Inclusions differ; none is a complete quote.
- Growth arithmetic: $50 + (1,000 − 100) × $0.060 = $104. The 10,000-minute result is $50 + 9,900 × $0.060 = $644.
- The selected Assistable components are $0.050 orchestration + $0.020 Standard voice + $0.020 Kimi K2.6 per minute. This example excludes the platform subscription or deployment commitment, which must be added separately.
| Selected configuration | 1,000 minutes | 10,000 minutes |
|---|---|---|
| HighLevel Pay-Per-Use: engine + OpenAI TTS | $60 + model tokens | $600 + model tokens |
| HighLevel Growth: plan + engine/TTS overage | $104 + overage model tokens | $644 + overage model tokens |
| HighLevel Unlimited: plan | $97 | $97 |
| Assistable published rate sheet: orchestration + Standard voice + Kimi K2.6 | $90 + plan or commitment | $900 + plan or commitment |
Add telephony to the Assistable example.
The following selected configuration uses the shared public rate sheet checked October 7, 2026. It is illustrative component arithmetic, not a customer invoice or guaranteed quote. Your selected voice, model and telephony determine the usage cost; the agency subscription is additional.
- At 1,000 minutes, the same selected components total $105 before the remaining charges. At 10,000 minutes, telephony adds $150 to the $900 AI subtotal above.
- These subtotals exclude plan commitments, number rental, messaging, optional tools, setup, migration and taxes.
- The published sheet also applies per-call rounding and a short-call charge. Those are not calculated in this volume-only example.
- A zero Assistable telephony rate for imported SIP does not establish that the external carrier is free.
| Selected component | Published rate | At 10,000 minutes |
|---|---|---|
| Voice orchestration | $0.050 per minute | $500 |
| Assistable Standard voice | $0.020 per minute | $200 |
| Kimi K2.6 model | $0.020 per minute | $200 |
| Assistable telephony | $0.015 per minute | $150 |
| Selected component subtotal | $0.105 per minute | $1,050 |
Account for included usage without counting it twice.
Ask whether the quoted commitment is a platform fee, minimum spend or package with usage credit. These arrangements produce different totals. If eligible usage draws down a minimum spend, adding the entire minimum to that same usage would overstate the bill.
If a package includes a defined allowance, identify the allowance’s unit, eligible charges, overage rate and reset date. A pooled quarterly credit is not the same as three separate monthly allowances. Confirm whether unused balances expire and whether all locations share the same pool.
For an initial deployment, compare the same 90-day period across proposals. Include one-time costs and temporary overlap only once. Use a low, expected and high usage scenario, and keep unresolved charges visible in every scenario.
Connect the estimate to business outcomes.
Use total operating cost divided by valid bookings, qualified opportunities or attended appointments, depending on the job. State the denominator and use outcomes from the same period. Do not treat every completed call as a sales opportunity or every scheduled appointment as attendance.
For illustration only, the $1,050 component subtotal above divided by 100 attended appointments would equal $10.50 in selected component cost per attended appointment. The appointment count is hypothetical, not an Assistable performance result. A complete cost-per-appointment figure must add the other applicable costs.
Agencies should also account for client onboarding, conversation review, support and payment costs when setting their own price. Assistable documents Stripe rebilling and configurable client usage rates. The difference between a resale rate and one voice component is not the agency’s net profit.
Ask for a quote you can reconcile.
Bring expected call volume, average duration, account count, destination countries, message volume and the workflows you need. Ask for the chosen configuration and every inclusion in writing. After launch, reconcile usage and completed outcomes against that estimate before increasing traffic.
- What is billed per minute, per message, per query, per account or per period?
- Which items draw down the commitment, and which sit outside it?
- What happens at a usage, concurrency or spending limit?
- Who owns setup, ongoing changes, failure review and support?
Common questions
How is Assistable agency usage priced?
Agency plans use the same published usage rate sheet. Calculate voice usage from the selected orchestration, text to speech, language model, applicable telephony and enabled add-ons. Add the platform subscription for account capacity and, on eligible plans, white labeling and usage rebilling. Your selected plan or written proposal confirms any included usage or negotiated terms.
Are agency plans and quarterly deployments the same offer?
No. Agency platform subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, while custom deployments use scoped quarterly commitments. Both reference the published usage rate sheet. Compare account limits, delivery scope, any included usage and negotiated terms in the offer you are considering.
Which option is cheapest?
That depends on account count, eligible allowances, calling volume, selected voice and model, phone costs and delivery scope. A low-minute single-location deployment and a branded service across many clients have different economics. Use the tables to build a complete estimate, then compare the workflow and administration included in that price.
