How does Assistable's SimpleTalk pricing offer work?
Assistable offers a 50% lower per-minute rate for an agreed comparable SimpleTalk configuration. The proposal confirms the matched components, offered rate and quarterly platform commitment. That is a rate offer, not a promise to halve your total bill. Compare the same billed minutes, recurring charges and one-time migration costs over the same period.
Key points
- Use your contract or invoice and a matched Assistable proposal.
- Compare 90 days of voice, commitments, recurring charges and transition costs.
- Keep unknown costs visible and download the assumptions with your estimate.
Compare the full first 90 days.
Use your current bill and an equivalent Assistable quote. Start with voice usage, then add the remaining costs. Enter a confirmed zero for fees that do not apply or are already included. Blank means unknown.
Same usage on both sides. Three 30-day months; all amounts in USD.
Numbers, messaging and other recurring fees 8 unknown
Monthly amounts outside the voice rate or package. Enter 0 only when confirmed absent or included elsewhere.
Setup, migration and 90-day adjustments 10 unknown
Include charges incurred in this period, not historical setup costs. Count overlap only when it is additional to costs already entered.

How this estimate works
A minimum voice spend is the larger of the commitment or voice usage, not their sum. A package costs its payment plus voice usage beyond its included credit. Enter only fees outside that commitment in the separate cost fields.
90-day total = voice or package charge + three months of separate recurring fees + setup + migration + overlap or exit costs + taxes + other quoted costs. This planning period uses three identical 30-day months in USD.
Use net quoted prices after discounts, and only setup or transition costs incurred in this period. Do not subtract a credit twice or repeat an included charge. Included-minute packages, changing monthly minimums, shared credit pools, billing increments and different call mixes need a provider-confirmed calculation. This estimate is not a quote or a payment schedule.
The export includes your inputs, unknowns, readable formulas and notes. Your entries stay in this page until you download or clear them.
Compare the same calling setup
Bring a recent invoice or contract and the calling configuration behind it. Match the voice, model, telephony route and included features. Ask what is already inside each per-minute rate so the same component is not counted twice.
The calculator estimates 90 days as three 30-day months at the same monthly voice volume. Enter both rates, the applicable commitments, separate recurring charges and one-time costs. It starts without assumed prices.
Choose the billing model on each proposal: usage without a commitment, a minimum spend, or a package with included voice credit. Enter the quoted 90-day commitment and, for a package, its included voice credit. Keep charges already included in that amount out of the separate fees.
Use a confirmed zero for a charge that is absent or already included. Blank costs remain unknown, and the complete totals stay hidden until the required amounts are known. The CSV download keeps your inputs, unknowns, notes, calculation breakdown and assumptions together.
Agency subscriptions and scoped deployments
www.assistable.ai/pricing/agency publishes agency subscription offers. The rate sheet at www.assistable.ai/pricing accompanies scoped deployments with quarterly commitments. These are different commercial models; use the selected plan or written proposal to confirm the account limits, implementation, support and usage inclusions.
Keep the platform subscription separate from the calling configuration. A quoted base minute rate may cover only some components. Match orchestration, text to speech, language model, telephony and enabled add-ons before comparing rates. Do not apply one plan’s advertised rate to a different deployment.
Use this cost checklist
Choose a representative billing period. Separate credits, temporary discounts and one-time charges. If you use several configurations at different rates, compare each group before adding them together.
| Input | Use the same basis for both options |
|---|---|
| Period and currency | A 90-day estimate using three 30-day months, in USD. Use the same expected voice volume for both options. |
| Rate and included components | Voice, model, telephony, analysis and other enabled features. Do not add a component twice. |
| Billed minutes | Inbound and outbound mix, destination, call duration, rounding and billing increments. |
| Platform commitment | Whether the quoted 90-day amount is a minimum spend or a package, and the voice credit included in that package. |
| Other recurring charges | Separate monthly platform, number, messaging, add-on and telephony charges. Enter zero for amounts already included elsewhere. |
| One-time costs | Setup, migration and contract overlap during the 90 days. Include other one-time charges in the additional-cost field. |
| Taxes, discounts and credits | Enter applicable 90-day taxes and other costs. Reconcile discounts and included credits with the quote; a blank amount remains unknown. |
What half the rate looks like
At 10,000 minutes, a $0.20 rate produces $2,000 in usage charges. A $0.10 rate produces $1,000 at the same volume. The difference on that usage portion is $1,000.
This example illustrates the arithmetic, not a universal SimpleTalk price or customer quote. The table below covers the minute charge only.
| Illustrative item | Current | At half the rate |
|---|---|---|
| Comparable minutes per month | 10,000 | 10,000 |
| Rate used in this example | $0.20/min | $0.10/min |
| Comparable usage cost | $2,000/month | $1,000/month |
| Difference on this usage portion | $1,000/month |
An example from Assistable’s published rate sheet
The public rate sheet reviewed October 6, 2026 lists a $0.070 voice base for Assistable Standard, combining orchestration and text to speech. Add the listed $0.020 Kimi K2.6 language-model component for $0.090 per minute before telephony and add-ons. The listed $0.015 Assistable telephony component makes $0.105 per minute for this selected example.
These are component-usage calculations, not a complete deployment quote or a SimpleTalk price. They exclude platform commitments, number rental, optional features, taxes, setup and migration. Per-call rounding and the additional charge for calls under 10 seconds also affect the bill. Confirm the available configuration, route and applicable terms in your proposal.
| Example billed minutes | Voice components at $0.090/min | With $0.015/min Assistable telephony |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | $90 in component usage | $105 in component usage |
| 10,000 | $900 in component usage | $1,050 in component usage |
Compare the total over the same period
Voice usage is monthly billed minutes multiplied by three and by the applicable per-minute rate. Without a commitment, that is the voice cost. With a minimum spend, use the greater of the quoted 90-day minimum or that voice usage.
For a package, start with the quoted 90-day commitment and add only the voice usage above its included voice credit. Then add three months of separate recurring charges, plus setup, migration, contract overlap, taxes and other costs for the 90 days. Enter zero for any charge already included in the commitment or another line.
Reconcile changing monthly minimums, variable usage, shared credit pools or special overage rules against the proposal. The calculator does not infer those contract rules. A proposed rate supports an estimate; realized savings require comparable invoices and usage after the move.
Get the comparison in writing
Your proposal should name the workflows being moved, the configuration being compared, the offered rate, the platform commitment and any additional charges.
After the first billing period, compare actual minutes and costs with the estimate. Use the same checklist to understand any difference.
Common questions
Why is Assistable agency pricing different from the deployment rate sheet?
The agency page at www.assistable.ai/pricing/agency publishes subscription offers, while www.assistable.ai/pricing covers scoped deployments with quarterly commitments and itemized usage. They have different commercial scopes. Confirm the plan, account limits, included work and complete voice configuration in writing rather than treating a subscription or headline minute rate as an all-in deployment price.
Will my total bill be cut in half?
The offer concerns the comparable per-minute rate. Your total depends on billed minutes, the platform commitment and applicable additional charges.
What should I enter in the calculator?
Use the current invoice and proposed configuration: monthly voice minutes, per-minute rates, the billing model, any quoted 90-day commitment and package voice credit. Add separate monthly platform, number, messaging, add-on and telephony charges, then setup, migration, overlap, taxes and other 90-day costs. Enter zero only for a confirmed absent or already-included charge. Leave unknown amounts blank.
Which SimpleTalk rate should I compare?
Use the rate and included components on your own contract or invoice. Public self-serve and promotional prices can describe a different plan.
Is there a separate Assistable platform commitment?
Scoped Assistable deployments use quarterly commitments. Your proposal determines whether the commitment includes usage, acts as a minimum spend or has separate charges. Use those terms in the comparison; do not add the same usage or platform amount twice.
What does the calculator leave out?
It calculates from the amounts you enter; it does not determine taxes, contract terms or a complete calling rate for you. It assumes three 30-day months with the same monthly voice volume. Changing monthly minimums, shared credit pools, variable usage or special overage rules need a separate reconciliation with the quote. Complete totals remain unavailable while required costs are unknown.
Is the advertised minute rate my complete monthly price?
No. Add the applicable platform commitment, phone numbers, telephony and optional features, plus any setup or migration work. Check which components are already inside the minute rate so none is counted twice. The rate sheet and written proposal answer different parts of the cost question.
Can I download the cost comparison?
Yes. Download a CSV with the current and proposed inputs, unknown costs, calculation breakdown, readable formulas, assumptions and your notes. The file is generated in your browser. Review it with the written proposal; an estimate is not a quote or evidence of realized savings.
